Creative deals—whether they involve seller financing, subject to, private lenders, or partners—are all the rage now that prices and interest rates are up.
In fact, “Creatively” is often the only way to make a deal work in 2024.
You can study the techniques and paperwork until the cows come home, but those are only half the story…if you can’t find willing sellers and partners, and explain the benefits of what you’re offering, you’re dead in the water.
That’s why we’re devoting our September National Online Chapter meeting to delving into what the folks who do these deals over and over again are doing to find their counterparts and walk them down the path toward a win-win deal.
