An Introduction to “Seller Financing” with Michelle Clayton
     Maybe you can’t go to the bank to get financing to buy properties. Maybe you don’t want to go to the bank to get financing to buy properties. That doesn’t mean you can’t buy properties; most real estate investors actually prefer seller financing—owner carryback mortgages, ‘subject to’ deals, and other strategies where sellers take payments from you, instead of cash. We’ll explain WHY they do this, and the basic strategies for making it happen, at this new investor meeting.

How Wholesalers are Making Money in 2021 with Vena Jones-Cox
     It’s been a crazy year for wholesalers: the market is super-hot, which means that deals are MUCH harder to come by than they’ve been before—but also that when you find a great deal, ravenous buyers beat down your door begging to take it off your hands.

     Some wholesalers are starving, and some have already earned 6 figures, and it’s pretty easy to see why: the broke ones haven’t adapted to what they have to do in the new market.

     With 25 years’ experience wholesaling in up markets and down and 10 coaching wholesalers all over the U.S., Vena Jones-Cox can draw from her own experiences and those of wholesalers all over the county to share what’s working and what’s not in this topsy-turvy market.
