September 19th:
Learn to Create Profitable Partnerships; Plus, Make Offers that Get Accepted & Find the Best Contractors

Join Ohio's largest and most active community of real estate investors, landlords, and flippers for an evening of learning, networking, and connection-building. Guests are always welcome, and your first meeting is free when you RSVP and download a free guest pass at the link below!

We meet 2x monthly to help you build your real estate investing business--and personal wealth--with a focus on what works right here in the Greater Cincinnati area. Here's what you'll learn at this month's meeting:

7:30—9:00 p.m. Main Meeting
How to Create and Manage Successful, Happy Partnerships

Everyone needs a “team” to be successful in real estate, but partners are a whole different animal. Partnerships can be valuable, profitable, smooth relationships, or they can be nightmares that ruin your business—depending on how you set them up to start with.

Come out to this meeting, and learn about different kinds of partnerships that real estate investors get into (split-the-work vs. money partnerships), the best ways to structure them for long-term success and mutual benefits, who you should NEVER partner with, how to divide up the responsibilities and profits fairly, and more. It may change your mind about partnerships altogether and will definitely show you better ways to do them.

6:00—7:00 Early Workshops
New Investors: How to make offers that will get accepted

Making offers right is one of the most crucial—and overlooked!—skills that a serious real estate investor can learn.  From what to say to how to say it to what to do when the seller says “No,”  you need to know how to handle the offer process to have the best chance of getting your offers accepted. Learn this and more at this month’s new investor meeting.

Active Investors: Member-Recommended Contractors Workshop

Finding the right contractors to do the right job at the right price is one of the biggest challenges in the market right now, so we’re going to get together and share the actual names and contact information of the craftspeople and suppliers that members are using right now. Bring the names of your favorites (or just bring them with you; they can get a free guest pass at CIncinnatiREIA.com!
