Tom Berry has a heck of a comeback story: after the 2007 meltdown destroyed his financial services business, he jumped into residential real estate, then went big FAST by transitioning to commercial investments.
Since then, he’s followed the market, finding where the most undervalued commercial assets are, buying the bargains, and moving on when that asset class gets too “frothy”.
He’s going to share how YOU can break into commercial real estate investments, even if you’re a ‘little guy’ (or gal) like he was when he started.

- What TRUE commercial real estate is (hint: no one lives there), and the ways in which it’s better than residential properties
- How commercial properties are analyzed and valued: it’s WAY different than houses
- How people get the money it takes to buy most commercial assets; it’s a LOT, but there are creative and institutional ways to raise it
