Lead Safe Renovation, Repair, and Paint Training

Do you have $32,500 to give the government today?

This is not a joke!

The federal government now requires all who remodel, repair, or

paint residential buildings built prior to 1978,

must be certified on lead safe work practices approved by the

States Environmental Protection Agency.

Violation of this federal law can result in fines up to

$32,500 per violation, per day.

Classes are offered:

July 19, 2010 8:15 am – 5:15

August 16, 2010 8:15 – 5:15

September 20, 2010 8:15 – 5:15

Each class size is limited to 10 participants.  The cost is $250 per person.

Additional classes will be offered on demand.
