I am often called on the phone and asked a question about a number of things including:
• How do you perform background checks?
• What insurance company do you use?
• Can you give me a name of a GOOD plumber, electrician, roofer, general contractor, etc.?
• How do you get rid of bedbugs?
• What is the name of your attorney and is he good at collections?
• I have this situation with a tenant— what can I do about it?
• Do you rent to Section 8 tenants?
• Can I put in my lease that the tenant is responsible for all repairs?
• My tenant is doing [whatever] and I want them gone. How do I go about kicking him/her out?
So Joe and I thought we’d have a panel of expert Landlords to answer all these types of questions.

We network between 6:30 and 7:00 pm followed by the presentation at 7:00 pm.
