Is it a Deal? Evaluating Small Rental Properties Workshop

Evaluating rentals isn’t quite the same as evaluating properties for resale; the ‘value’ is as much in the income and appreciation as it is in the comps. So we’re doing a second hands-on workshop for the landlords, where you’ll work your way through data about rents, management costs, taxes, insurance, and repair costs to determine the right offer for a rental.
